Not at all. Our Foundations Tier is designed specifically for new investors looking to make their first move with confidence. We’ll guide you through each stage of the process.
How do I know which tier is right for me?
If you’re unsure, we recommend starting with a discovery call. We’ll ask a few questions about your goals, experience, and timeline, then suggest the best fit.
What happens after I complete the Foundations Tier?
Most clients either move into our Heritage Tier for continued deal flow and long-term support, or remain with us through our lettings and management services. You’ll also be eligible for an invitation to our Legacy Tier as your portfolio grows.
Can I pause or change tiers later?
Yes. If you're in the Heritage Tier, you can pause your retainer at any time and rejoin when you're ready to invest again — no extra fees to restart. We’ve designed this to be flexible and fair.
Do you charge sourcing fees on top of membership?
Yes — but it depends on your tier. In Foundations, your sourcing is covered by the one-time membership fee.In Heritage, sourcing fees apply per deal, alongside a monthly retainer. We’ll always be transparent about costs before we begin any work.
How do I access Legacy Tier?
Legacy is invitation-only, typically offered to clients who have built a significant portfolio with us and align with our long-term vision. If that’s your goal, we’ll help you get there.
