Is the fee refundable?
The deal fee is non-refundable once paid, as the property is secured and allocated solely to you. However, if the seller withdraws within the agreed timeframe(see below), an exception applies.
What if the seller backs out?
If the seller pulls out of the sale within 8 weeks, your deal fee is fully refundable or can be transferred to a new opportunity of your choice.
What happens after I pay?
You’ll receive a confirmation email and your full deal pack(if not already sent).We’ll also connect you with trusted solicitors, brokers, and help initiate the transaction process.
How is the deal secured?
