Do you sell off-market or on-market?

Will my property be listed publicly?

Only if it makes strategic sense — many of our sales happen off-market.

What’s included in the Investor Tiers?

Our investment tiers include tailored support based on your tier — from sourcing and deal analysis to finance guidance, project oversight, and lettings management. Higher tiers unlock more personal strategy, portfolio reviews, and access to off-market deals.

Can I work with you if I live outside the UK?

Yes. We support international clients with a full remote investment service. We handle viewings, refurbishment, compliance, and lettings — and keep you updated every step of the way.

How are deals sourced?

We focus on well-positioned properties with strong income and growth potential. Every opportunity is analysed internally to ensure it aligns with your goals and profile.

Do you take a sourcing fee?

Yes — this is discussed upfront depending on your tier. In most cases, we charge a sourcing fee, agreed before any deal is presented.

What locations do you cover?

We work across key investment areas in Scotland including Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and St Andrews — as well as other areas we assess as high-opportunity.

Do you offer lettings management?

Yes. We offer full management of long-term lets and are in the process of launching short-term lettings too. Our lettings team is part of our extended power team, ensuring consistency and service quality.
